Open License Agreement

This agreement is between the Statistical Office of Mozambique here in referred to as
National Institute of statistic (INE) and you (an individual or a legal entity that you are
authorized to represent). Your use of the data published on this Open Data Platform
indicates your acceptance of the terms below.

Definitions
Data: Any media including, audio, visual, video, text, graphics, or any other material that
you can ascertain by means of the INE’s Open Data Platform (ODP).

Value-added products: Any by-product you create as a result of utilizing the data in
whole or in part according to the conditions herein provided.

License Grant
National Institute of statistic grants you (an individual or a legal entity that you are
authorized to represent) a worldwide, royalty-free non-exclusive license to freely use the
data, copy, modify, translate, publish, adapt, distribute, create derivative works and value￾added products for commercial and non-commercial purposes subject to the terms of this
license.

Acknowledgement of Source
You shall include and maintain the following notice on all licensed rights of the data and
where possible provide a link to this license.

Source: National Institute of statistic. Contains information licensed under the INE’s Open
License Agreement.

You shall include and maintain the following notice for all value-added products.

This product was adapted from the Statistical Office of Mozambique’s information, which
is licensed under the National Institute of statistic’s Open License Agreement.

Terms of use: This work is licensed under an open license agreement. It is attributed to
the National Institute of statistic.

Limitation
The license provided herein is limited solely to Mozambique’s data published on this ODP
and shall not extend to any third-party data, software, and source code. All third-party
data downloaded from the Open Data Platform of Mozambique shall be subject to
separate licensing terms identified by the third party
